Sir Francis Drake Brought back to life at Buckland Abbey
Integrated Circles have recently been involved in the £500,000 make over of Buckland Abbey, the Cistercian Monastery and home of Sir Francis Drake, funded by The National Trust.

The three main exhibition spaces have been overhauled to include new AV shows and displays which are easy to operate and accessible to a much wider audience than before. The new equipment has enabled a reinterpretation of the complicated history of the Abbey itself, together with a new perspective on Drake’s life.
One of the main attractions is the atmospheric new auditorium which has been built in the shape of a Tudor Sailing Ship, with the story of Drake’s life projected onto the ship’s sail.Integrated Circles VideoStore supplies the images for both the standard and subtitled shows, which can be selected by staff with the push of a button.
