State of the Art Presentation Rooms for Blue Chip Companies
Audio visual specialists Integrated Circles have used their technical skills and expertise to give two major blue chip companies the leading edge in the presentation stakes.
The London-based AV company has recently completed upgrades to existing audio visual facilities in four presentation rooms in the heart of Central London.
At Six Continents plc, formerly the Bass Group, Integrated Circles replaced the existing projectors and control systems that they installed a decade ago with new, highly sophisticated imaging equipment.
“Due to the flexibility of our control systems and audio visual equipment, much of the original installation could be redeployed to enable a cost effective modernisation,” explained Project Manager, Rob Smith.
“We replaced the existing projector with a new, more sophisticated model that can scan over a wide range of input frequencies and provide infinitely brighter, sharper images. To complement the new projection system, Integrated Circles also upgraded the different computer interfaces to optimise the signal for data projection” he added.
Similarly, at the offices of marketing specialists Proximity London, formed by the merger of six leading companies including communications specialists BHWG, Integrated Circles used the bones of an existing installation to upgrade facilities within their two main Presentation Rooms.
To enhance the new facilities, a Touchscreen Control System has been installed in each room. This has made the system more user friendly and allows both in-house and visiting clients to access information at the touch of a screen.
Both Six Continents plc and Proximity London are leading players in their respective fields. Six Continents has a range of international hotels in its portfolio including Holiday Inn and Inter-Continental.
Proximity London offers a range of communication tools such as direct marketing, interactive campaigns and design promotions and has worked on a wide range of leading brands including Volkswagen, Alliance and Leicester and TXU Energi.
